Answer:  For e-filing a new case follow the following process: Step 1. Type user ID: ASHISH KUMAR              Password: xxxxxxxxxxx              Captcha: xxxxxxxxxx               And then Login. Step2. Go to New Case option in Dashboard Page. Step 3. For filing the case in High Court choose the Radio button High Court.              For filing the case in Lower Court choose the Radio button Lower Court. Step 4. Answer: If you are an advocate whose mobile number and e-mail id is not registered in the Court CIS database (Here CIS means Case Information System), then you cannot complete the registration process.
